Tickets may be sold through third-party platforms (including but not limited to Ticket Tailor). Purchases made through these platforms are also subject to their terms.

- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Tickets are sold on a first-come basis unless otherwise stated
2.3 Refunds and Exchanges
- Tickets are generally non-refundable
- If an event is canceled by Open Classical, we may issue refunds or credits at our discretion
3. Event Attendance
3.1 Admission
- Late entry may be restricted depending on the performance
- We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove disruptive attendees
3.2 Event Changes
We may:
- change performers or programming
- change venue
- reschedule or cancel events
4. User Accounts and Submissions
By submitting information, you agree:
- all information is accurate
- you are responsible for your account security (if applicable)
5. Communications (Email & SMS)
5.1 General Consent
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications regarding:
- events
- updates
- promotions
5.2 SMS Messaging Terms
By opting into SMS communications from Open Classical:
- You consent to receive marketing and informational text messages
- Message frequency may vary
- Message and data rates may apply
- Consent is not a condition of purchase

6. A2P 10DLC & Messaging Compliance
Open Classical complies with U.S. messaging regulations, including:

10. Performer & Participant Terms
For performers, volunteers, and participants:
- Participation is voluntary unless otherwise contracted
- Compensation terms (if any) are governed by separate agreements
- Open Classical is not liable for personal property loss or damage
11. Liability Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- You assume all risks associated with attending events
- Open Classical is not liable for injury, loss, or damage except in cases of gross negligence
12. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- disrupt events
- harass others
- misuse services or systems
We may restrict access for violations.
13. Data and Privacy

14. Limitation of Liability
