Past Events
Join us for an exciting and emotional program of new classical music by Mark Landson played by Neo Camerata.
”A Journey of Emotions” is how Mark Landson describes his compositional style. Others have praised his new classical compositions as “Stravinsky at his most lyrical”, and “a unique combination of pop inspiration and classical craft”. Recent commissions include the ballet “Le Mozart Noir” (2016), recipient of a Donna Wilhelm Family New Works grant, the operetta “Goldilocks” (2015), and “Moments in Memory” (2017), sonata for cello and piano. His string quartet “Travels” took the grand prize at “The Ear” competition in New York in 2016, chosen among 750 overall entries, and 9 final live round contestants.
